Fundanet Site CTMS 2025.4 (Release Date – April 7, 2025)
These release notes summarize the latest improvements and features introduced in version 2025.4 of Fundanet CTMS. A full list of all the items released, see the full changelog here (only accessible to Fundanet staff).
New Features & Enhancements
Fundanet CTMS Now Runs as a Progressive Web App (PWA)
Fundanet CTMS can now be used as a Progressive Web App (PWA), allowing users to pin the application to their desktop or home screen without installing additional software. This improvement provides a more seamless experience by enabling full-screen usage, faster load times through optimized caching, and automatic access to the latest version without manual updates.
Enhanced Participant Scheduling
When scheduling a participant, users can now select both the date and time, allowing for more precise planning. The scheduling wizard has been updated to include a time selection in the first step, which is automatically applied to all planned visits. Users can manually adjust the schedule as needed, and if no time is selected, visits will default to "all-day" events. Calendar events will also reflect the chosen time for better organization.
Improved Collaboration with Visit Notes
Users can now add and view notes on visits, making it easier to share important information with colleagues. A new tab section in the insights panel allows quick access to these notes, improving communication and collaboration within the team.
Improved Invoice Proposal Management
Finding and organizing invoice proposals is now easier than ever. Users can sort, search, and filter proposals based on key metadata, including invoice number, start and end dates, issue date, and payment due date. These fields are now available as selectable columns in the invoice proposal grid, with an Excel-like filtering experience for a more streamlined workflow.
Enhanced Stakeholder Assignment
Users can now search, filter, and review stakeholder details before assigning them to a study. This improvement makes it easier to select the right personnel and reduces the risk of incorrect assignments by providing better visibility of stakeholder information.
