New Features & Enhancements

Translated Values in Clinical Trial Exports

To improve the readability of exported clinical trial data, exported files will now display translated values instead of internal system keys.

Increased File Size Limit for Imports

The maximum allowed file size for imports has been increased to 600 KB to support larger templates, particularly in cases where extensive catalogs are required.

New Columns for Clinical Trial Dates

Users can now filter and sort clinical trials based on key milestone dates. The following date columns have been added:

  • Pre-start visit
  • Start visit date
  • Start date
  • First participant inclusion date
  • End recruitment date
  • Closing visit date

Columns can be shown or hidden based on user preference. Sorting and filtering (including range-based filters) are now supported for these columns.

Filter & Sort Clinical Trials by Organizational Unit

To enhance trial management, a new Organizational Unit column has been added to the clinical trials grid.

  • Administrators can now track which trials are visible to users based on their assigned unit.
  • Users can filter, sort, and group clinical trials by Organizational Unit.

Enhanced People Grid with Advanced Filtering & Sorting

The People grid now includes improvements for better data management, searching, and sorting. The new selectable columns are: Person ID, Name, Surname, Second Surname, Birthdate, Death Date, Gender, Phone Number, Email Address, ZIP Code, Volunteer Status

The search box now supports case-insensitive searches and partial matches (e.g., searching "Jo" returns "John", "Joanna", etc.), and Excel-style filtering has been added to column headers. All columns now support ascending/descending sorting.
